Sore Throat Test and Treat

For patients 6 years and over, our trained pharmacist will carry out a consultation using a set of structured questions and possibly a swab to determine the cause of your sore throat. If the swab results reveal a bacterial/strep A infection, the pharmacist can supply antibiotics.
